Songs are created using a combination of AI-assisted tools and human editorial review to ensure quality and personalization.

3. Pricing & Payment

The current price for a personalized prayer song is $29.00 USD (introductory pricing). Prices are subject to change, but any price changes will not affect orders already placed. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your prayer song for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

5. Delivery

We offer same-day delivery. Most songs are delivered within hours of ordering. You will receive an email with a link to your song page once your song is ready. Delivery times may vary depending on order volume.

6. Intellectual Property & License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your prayer song for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes:

• Playing the song at personal gatherings, celebrations, or services
• Sharing the song with family and friends via the provided shareable page
• Keeping the downloaded MP3 file for personal use

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or use the song for commercial purposes (e.g., in advertising, broadcasts, or for-profit events) without our written permission. Catholic Prayer Song retains all underlying intellectual property rights.

7. User Content

By submitting personal stories, memories, and other information through our form, you grant us permission to use that information solely for the purpose of creating your personalized prayer song. We will not share your personal stories or information with third parties except as necessary to deliver the service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. We reserve the right to refuse service and refund payment if we determine that a request contains inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.
